Terms of Service

1. Who we are

IconVaults (iconvaults.com) is operated by OMEGA IMPORT EOOD ([companyLocal]), also trading as OMEGA IMPORT LTD. UIC/ЕИК 208928597. Tax number 208928597. Legal form: single-member limited liability company (ЕООД), entered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria on 29.08.2026.

The manager and sole owner is Georgi Dobrev Dimitrov (Георги Добрев Димитров), Manager / Sole Owner (Управител / Едноличен собственик).

2. Registered office

The company’s registered office and address of management, which is also the address for service, is listed below and is the address of the trader for these Terms and for any distance contract.

3. The service

IconVaults is a search and customization interface for open-source icon sets. Icons are delivered through the open-source Iconify API. You may search, preview, recolor, transform and download icons without creating an account.

Free use of the catalogue does not by itself form a paid contract. Premium and Team are paid plans offered on the pricing page page and ordered through guest checkout.

4. Icon licenses

We do not own the icons. Each icon pack is distributed under its own open-source license (for example MIT, Apache 2.0, CC BY 4.0 or SIL OFL), shown on every pack page. You are responsible for complying with the license of each icon you use, including attribution where the license requires it.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond what open-source licenses permit.
• Do not resell access to the IconVaults interface itself or present it as your own.

6. Conclusion of the contract (distance contract)

6.1 A contract for a Premium or Team plan between you and OMEGA IMPORT EOOD is a distance contract within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. It is concluded online, through iconvaults.com, without the parties being physically present together.

6.2 You do not need an account and you are not asked to sign up. To enter into the contract you: (1) choose Premium or Team on the pricing page page, or on the checkout page; (2) on Checkout, review the selected plan; (3) enter your full name, email and phone and your billing address, and optionally a company name; (4) choose Visa or Mastercard as the card brand; (5) read the order summary, which shows the plan, the billing period and the total price; (6) confirm that you accept these Terms; (7) click the button labelled “Order with an obligation to pay”.

6.3 Before you click that button you can review and correct every field and change the plan. You can leave the page at any time before the click. If you leave, no contract is concluded and nothing is due.

6.4 The button states that the order creates an obligation to pay. By clicking it you confirm that you have read these Terms and you place an order for the plan and price shown in the summary.

6.5 The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is shown on screen with your order number. No user account is created. The confirmation is stored in your browser. These Terms stay available at iconvaults.com/terms, where you can read, save or print them.

6.6 The language of the contract is Bulgarian or English, depending on the language selected on the website when you order.

6.7 The characteristics of the plan, the total price and the monthly duration are shown on the Pricing page and again in the order summary before you click the button. A paid plan runs month to month until you cancel by email to info@iconvaults.com. After cancellation, later months are not charged.

6.8 Card numbers are not entered on IconVaults. Nothing is captured on the confirmation page. To pay the amount due you email the confirmation to info@iconvaults.com; we reply with a secure Visa or Mastercard payment request. Do not send a card number by email.

6.9 If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by writing to info@iconvaults.com, except where the Consumer Protection Act removes that right. Digital performance of a paid plan can start when the order is confirmed. Where you have asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends as provided by that Act. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

7.1 OMEGA IMPORT EOOD undertakes to: (a) provide IconVaults in line with the plan you ordered, including the paid features described on the Pricing page, once the order is confirmed and the price is settled; (b) make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to fix faults within a reasonable time; (c) show the plan, the total price and these Terms clearly before you place the order; (d) display an order confirmation with an order number, without creating an account; (e) process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy; (f) answer questions, complaints, cancellation and withdrawal notices sent to info@iconvaults.com.

7.2 OMEGA IMPORT EOOD has the right to: (a) receive the price of the plan you order; (b) update, modify or discontinue features, and to give you reasonable notice where a change materially reduces a paid plan you have already bought; (c) suspend access that is used in breach of these Terms, in particular section 5; (d) refuse or not confirm an order that is incomplete, unlawful or not sent to us.

7.3 You undertake to: (a) give accurate, complete and current contact and billing details; (b) pay the price shown for the plan you order; (c) use the service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, and comply with the licence of each icon you download; (d) not disrupt the service or present the IconVaults interface as your own product; (e) tell us if your contact details change, and not send card numbers by email.

7.4 You have the right to: (a) use the free catalogue without an account, and to use a paid plan within what that plan includes once it has been paid; (b) order Premium or Team without signing up or creating an account; (c) receive the on-screen order confirmation; (d) withdraw, cancel or complain as set out in section 6, by writing to info@iconvaults.com; (e) receive a response to payment and order questions sent to info@iconvaults.com or +359 898 629 156; (f) exercise your rights over personal data under the GDPR, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prices and card payment

8.1 On iconvaults.com, operated by OMEGA IMPORT EOOD (UIC/ЕИК 208928597), you can order a paid plan without registration and pay it with a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. The accepted marks are shown in the footer and at checkout.

8.2 Prices on the Pricing page and in the order summary are in US dollars. The amount in the summary is the total you undertake to pay for one month of the selected plan. If your card account is in another currency, your bank may convert the charge at its own rate.

8.3 OMEGA IMPORT EOOD does not collect or store your card number, expiry date or security code. You only choose the card brand during checkout. A secure payment request is sent to the email address you provide after you email us the confirmation.

9. Availability and liability

The free catalogue is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, OMEGA IMPORT EOOD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian law, including liability for intent and mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected. Disputes that are not consumer disputes are subject to the Bulgarian courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The copy published on this page, with its effective date, is the copy that applies. The language you have selected (Bulgarian or English) is the language of the text you are reading.
