Delivery Policy
Digital download delivery methods, timing and fees for IconVaults.
Delivery method
IconVaults supplies digital assets only. Free icons and stickers are downloaded as SVG or PNG through your browser; animated SVG files retain animation, while PNG exports are static. No physical goods are shipped. An account is optional for free downloads.
Delivery timeframe
Your free file is available when the icon loads and the requested export finishes, normally during the same browser session. Timing depends on the network, your device and the Iconify service. If an export fails, retry or contact support@iconvaults.com.
Delivery fees
IconVaults charges no delivery or shipping fee for free downloads. Your internet provider’s normal connection charges may apply.
Planned paid services
Premium, Team and individual purchases are previews. No payment is collected and no paid features are delivered by saving a preview order. A paid-service delivery timeframe cannot be promised until payment and fulfilment are integrated. The method, activation timeframe and any fees will be disclosed before a real payment.
Delivery problems and refunds
Contact support@iconvaults.com with the icon identifier or order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or security codes. See Refund Policy for the refund process, original-payment-method refunds and timing. Free downloads involve no payment to refund.
