Acceptable Use & Content Policy
What IconVaults offers, the goods and content it does not allow, age requirements, and how to report illegal content.
1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses IconVaults (iconvaults.com), operated by OMEGA IMPORT EOOD, a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria (European Union). It covers browsing, downloads, accounts, collections and shared collection links, and forms part of our iconvaults.com/terms.
2. What we offer — no restricted or regulated goods
IconVaults offers only digital icon files (SVG and PNG) from open-source icon sets, together with tools to search, customise and organise them. Planned paid plans add features to this service only.
We do not sell, supply, advertise or broker any age-restricted or regulated goods or services, including:
- alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products or nicotine;
- cannabis, narcotics, psychoactive substances, prescription or unlicensed medicines and supplements;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives or their parts;
- gambling, betting, lotteries or games of chance;
- adult or sexually explicit content or services;
- cryptocurrency, investment, lending or other financial services.
Some open-source sets contain generic pictograms such as a wine glass, a pill or a playing card. These are graphic symbols for use in interfaces and documents; they are not an offer of the depicted product or service. Because no restricted goods are sold, no product-specific warnings or age verification are required beyond the age rules below.
3. Age requirements
- You may browse and download free icons without an account.
- To create an account you must be at least 14 years old, the age of digital consent in the Republic of Bulgaria.
- To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Checkout asks you to confirm this.
4. Prohibited content
The catalogue contains only icon sets published by their authors under open-source licences and indexed through the Iconify project. We do not host or allow, in the catalogue, collection names, shared links or any other content on the site:
- the sale or promotion of illegal products or services, counterfeit goods or stolen data;
- hate speech or content that incites discrimination, hostility or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
- terrorist or violent extremist content, or content that glorifies or threatens violence;
- child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors;
- harassment, threats, doxxing or other content that targets an individual;
- fraud, scams, phishing, malware or deceptive content;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties.
5. Prohibited uses of downloaded icons
You must not use icons obtained through IconVaults to create, sell or promote anything listed in sections 2 and 4, or in breach of applicable law, sanctions or export restrictions. You must follow each pack’s licence, including attribution where required.
Brand, company and cryptocurrency logos remain trademarks of their owners. They are provided only so that you can refer to those brands; they do not imply endorsement, partnership or that IconVaults offers the related products or services. Do not use them in a way that suggests affiliation or misleads people.
6. Reporting illegal or prohibited content
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaches this policy. Use the “Report” link on a shared collection, or email support@iconvaults.com. Please include:
- the exact URL of the content (for example, the shared collection link or the icon page);
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider it illegal or prohibited;
- your name and email address (not required for reports of child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you make the report in good faith and that it is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We acknowledge reports without undue delay, review them diligently and objectively, and tell you what we decided and whether you can challenge the decision. Where we have knowledge of illegal content we act quickly to remove or disable access to it, and we notify the competent authorities where the law requires it.
7. Enforcement and appeals
If content or an account breaches this policy we may remove the content, disable a shared link, remove icons from the catalogue, or suspend or close the account. We tell the person affected what we did and why, unless the law prevents us. You may challenge a decision by replying to our message or writing to support@iconvaults.com within six months; a person who was not involved in the original decision reviews the challenge. Mandatory consumer rights and your right to go to court are not affected.
8. Point of contact
Our single point of contact for users and for authorities of EU Member States is support@iconvaults.com (phone +359 898 629 156). We communicate in English and Bulgarian. Full company details are on our company details page.
