How to add icons to an HTML page
Three reliable ways to put an icon on a web page — from a one-line <img> tag to inline SVG you can style.
1. An <img> tag
The simplest option — every IconVaults icon has a URL:

Use “Copy SVG” in any icon’s panel and paste the markup directly into your HTML. Inline SVG inherits color via currentColor and needs no extra request.
3. Accessibility
Decorative icons: alt="" or aria-hidden="true". Meaningful icons (like a lone button icon): give them a text label with alt or aria-label.
